When people ask Joe Donti what he does for a living, his answer is simple: “I’m a financial junkie!” But that’s just the beginning of a story rooted in one core principle—building others up.

A financial professional offering both insurance and investment products and services, Joe’s career didn’t begin in finance. He followed in the footsteps of his father, a successful contractor, and built a thriving contracting business that spanned from the early 1980s to the late 1990s. But one conversation changed everything. A client recognized Joe’s potential and encouraged him to explore the financial services industry. Never one to shy away from a new opportunity, Joe took the leap—and never looked back.

Bringing his blue-collar work ethic and builder’s mindset to finance, Joe quickly discovered his calling: helping clients construct strong, lasting financial futures. More than two decades later, he and his wife, Patty, form a dynamic husband-and-wife financial team, guiding individuals and families toward financial security.

Outside of work, Joe and Patty cherish time with their three children and five grandchildren. They are proud supporters of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and other charitable organizations throughout Arizona. In his free time, Joe enjoys camping, traveling, motorcycling, and, above all, making memories with his family.
